What's the Return Policy?
You can return faulty underwear. For hygiene reasons used underwear cannot be returned. If returned, it needs to be disposed of. We are committed to producing quality products that do not add to landfills.
Is EasyReach a Medical Garment?
No. EasyReach underwear is designed for people who find it difficult to bend to put on their underwear. They were initially designed for people post hip surgery who can’t bend to put on and take off their underwear.
Will I need Assistance Dressing?
Simply and proudly put: NO!
How Do I Wash it?
A standard washer and dryer are perfect. Make sure to have your Underwear completely fastened and water temperature below "Extra Hot".
